Shipping & Returns

Shipping Orders placed within the United States will be shipped via UPS. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the package. Please contact us for more information on options and pricing for delivery outside the US. Depending on the item's price, amount, and/or nature of the items sold, some orders will be sent with a signature required. You agree to be present for delivery of your order. Please note that orders may require at least 2-3 business days for processing. Due to high demand, some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging. You will receive an email notification of the status of your order and shipment. Please note that by placing an order with Prairie Stitches, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to comply with our shipping policies. Returns If you are not pleased with your order within 30 days of delivery, contact us prior to returning your purchase to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you must write on the outside of the box. All items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping boxes. Returns are subject to a 20% per item restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return's shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges (ground) if there was a defect in merchandise. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used.
